Whoop Whoop! Happy Holiday Guys!

Christmas is in the air and If you know me, you should know i love holidays. I mean, Who doesn’t love work-free days/ lecture free days where you get to spend quality time with your loved ones?

Christmas happens to be one of my favorite holidays but this year’s christmas seems to be going really well for me.

Not because i’ve received lots of gifts, money or anything special but because i’m super grateful to God for a lot of things and seeing that i’ve ticked off starting a blog from my to-do list makes me feel a bit ready for 2017.

So In the spirit of christmas, i’ll be sharing my top 5 songs for christmas. These are songs i’m most likely going to be jamming throughout  the holidays. In no particular order,

1 . BoNNY M

My first christmas song is not really a song but an album. Lol, its the Christmas Carol Album of Caribbean vocal group, Bonny M.

I’ve been listening to Bonny M since my childhood days and its almost like a family thing because we start playing songs from the album(Feliz Navidad, Daddy Cool and the rest of them) from 1st December probably  till the year runs out. Bonny M has always been a favorite.

2 . Next is Justin Bieber’s Mistletoe.

This song by Justin Bieber has been one ony favs for 2years now. I heard it on a friend’s phone and immediately downloaded it.

Mistletoe is a love song with a christmas feeling/meaning attached to it (if there’s anything like that) and its a season to show love so c’moon 😊You can watch it here

3. And 4. is Noel and joy to the world by Pentatonix

After I heared the versions of this songs by the famous A’capella group Pentatonix on tv, I fell in love with it and went straight to download it. You can watch it here

5 . Finally, the last christmas song on my list is a church hymn. We sing a lot of hymns in my church but one of my favs is The sacred songs and solos no. 23

To God be the glory ! Great things he has done: So loved He the world that He gave us His Son; Who yielded His life an atonement for sin, And  opened the Life-gate that all may go in.

Praise the Lord ! Praise the Lord ! Let the earth hear His voice ! Praise the Lord ! Praise the Lord ! Let the people rejoice ! oh, come to the father, through Jesus the Son; And give Him the glory, great things He hath done !

Its a hymn of thanksgiving so I just sing it in my quiet time because I am forever thankful to God 🙏🏽

That’s it guys! How is your Christmas day going? What are your favourite Christmas songs? Comment below! Don’t forget to subscribe. Till next time, xoxo
